INSTRUCTIONS TO RUN HERMES

Just open Matlab and go to the HERMES forlder. There is no need to add this folder to the Matlab path, as all the necesary folders will be automatically added for this session.
Once in the HERMES folder, execute ">> HERMES" and the program will start.


INSTRUCTIONS TO STORE THE DATASETS

All the dataset are presented in three formats:
 * a group of MAT files containing a 3D matrix each
 * a group of MAT files containing a FieldTrip structure each
 * a .her HERMES dataset

In the workshop we will load the FieldTrip data or the matrix data. The .her file is provided in case some people has problems to generate the HERMES project with the previous datasets.
Please, check that you can generate the HERMES project from the original data. If for any reason you can not run HERMES or create the project, a Laptop clinic will be avaliable from 09:30 to 10:00 before the workshop.
If the problem seems to be hard to solve you can send an email to hermes@ctb.upm.es describing it, and we will try to find a solution.


DESCRIPTION OF THE DATASETS

* Dataset 1

This datasets consists of MEG data obtained during a task. The dataset information is:

  - System: Elekta Neuromag 306 MEG system (magnetometers only)
  - Sampling rate: 1000 Hz
  - Pre-stimulous interval: 300 ms
  - Total trial length: 800 ms.
